Lost On a Paradise ( Found Poem)

William Golding: Lord of Flies

Lost on an island.  It was a pleasure.
Beach, water,sand covering my shoes.
The sky is glittering, dazzling to an infinity.
Away from school, I see shimmering faces from my Piggy.

Shadow of the mountains reflected on the lake.
Rich soil on the ground.
Let's go fishing.

We shall explore the forest, so dark and mysterious.
Pink granites are all natural, never see it back in town.
Birds are yellow and red, with green feathers.

We will have a great time.

  1. This isn't exactly a "found" poem in that you have used your own words. A Found Poem uses the original words from the text and is just rearranged. Nonetheless, if is a good poem using your own words
